Nathan Caton is one of the most fascinating up-and-coming comedians. He has been performing since he was 19 years old and in the past ten years, he has built a reputation as a major comedy club headliner in addition to his recognition on television and radio.

Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, Russell Howard’s Good News, BBC R4’s Can’t Tell Nathan Caton Nothing…

In just a few short years, he has been awarded various recognitions such as Chortle Student Comic of the Year, Broadcast Hotshot, and even wrote and starred in The Nathan Caton Show pilot for Paramount Comedy (now Comedy Central).

Caton's success continues to ascend, winning over crowds all across the UK with his appealing mix of personal topics and political satire.

Aideen McQueen 

Aideen McQueen is coming to Southampton, and she is not one to be missed! She brings the brightest sparks in the new generations of Irish comics. This side-splittingly funny comedian makes sure to bring the sass, the sexy, and the saucy. 

Aideen can be regularly spotted on RTE, TG4, and BBC Norther Ireland alongside her many writing credits with BBC Radio 4. On top of supporting many popular comedians like Ardal O’ Hanon, Dylan Moran, Johnny Vegas, Phil Kay, Sean Hughes, Reginald D Hunter, Des Bishop, David O Doherty, Neil Delamere, Arthur Smith and Frankie Boyle, she has also become the resident comperes at the world-famous International Comedy Club in Dublin.

Aideen McQueen is also a professional musician (singer and guitarist), one of the Irish language’s foremost proponents and a former primary school teacher. She describes herself as, “spontaneous - in the losing my keys rather than the kitesurfing way.”

Vinny Shiu Southampton comedian of the year

Vinny Shiu is a stand up comedian who combines comedy songs with stories and jokes to highlight his unique upbringing; growing up in the West, as part of an Asian family.
 
Vinny believes that comedy is not only about sharp jokes but also about giving audiences a performance. His style is immersive, physical and dynamic. He is the winner of Southampton comedian of the year 2023 and was a semi-finalist in British comedian of the year 2023.

Local support from James Harris

James Harris is an up and coming comedian breaking through on the circuit. With his energetic, relatable style, James will take you on a journey of his ADHD brain, life as a primary school teacher and his observations of the world.

Andrew Bird 

Introducing highly acclaimed comedian Andrew Bird who is coming to The Attic in 

Andrew has been widely recognised in the comedy world, with his most recent venture being the opening act for Russel Howard on tour events at Ashton Gate Football Stadium in Bristol and six shows at The London Palladium while also being featured on 'The Russell Howard Hour'.

Andrew has also supported more phenomenons such as Brian Regan, Michelle Wolf, and Michael McIntyre! Andrew is an all round talented individual who has also written material for Jon Richardson's Ultimate Worrier and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. And last, but not least, Andrew has been one out of only seven comedians that have performed for Banksy at Dismal Land. 

Your Comedy MC: Geordie Geoff

Geordie Geoff, born and raised in the North East, is an established comedian having appeared on the Edinburgh Fringe and across Europe with shows from Berlin to Slough. He quickly puts his audience at ease with his laid-back and interactive approach to stand-up. No two performances are the same; Geoff always keeps the audience at the centre of his set.

Known for his perceptive descriptions, laser dot humour, and "say it like it is" attitude, Geoff is brutally funny. The front row becomes his playground and its occupants his closest friends.

Bar opens at 6.30pm for 7pm doors for a show starting at 8pm for our Southampton Comedy Club. 


In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend for any reason.
