Shipping policy

The event wasn't cancelled.

The client decided they no longer wanted to do the event thus didn't ask a member of staff where the improv class was being held..it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to have not seen the person at reception.

The sessions are on going and so the customer can still have 3 sessions and will be able to join the following week.

It states very clearly on the event page; 

In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend for any reason.

WE OBJECT TO A REFUND IN THE STRONGEST TERMS BECAUSE THE EVENT WENT AHEAD AND THE CLIENT LOST THEIR NERVE THEY WANT A REFUND NO NO NO!!!!!
