What a great line up of comedians and night of Stand-up Comedy coming to The Attic Southampton Comedy Club in Hampshire this June with Alison Spittle, Tom Ward, Jamie D'Souza and your resident MC Geordie Geoff.

Tom Ward Stand Up Comedy in Southampton, Hampshire

Tom has accompanied Jack Whitehall, Joe Lycett, Sindhu Vee and Jason Manford on tour, and he presented four solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe.

Additionally, you may recognize Tom from appearances on ITV2's The Stand Up Sketch Show, BBC Worldwide's Live from The BBC, and Comedy Central's Roast Battle, Stand up Central, and Live From The Comedy Store.

Alison Spittle at The Attic Comedy Club in Southampton, Hampshire

She takes part in aqua-aerobics, jumping into the water and also enjoys watching people fight at chip shops; her two hobbies come together when a fight breaks out during the class, making her feel incredibly alive.

Alison Spittle is an Irish comedic talent, producing and writing for radio stations such as iRadio, RTÉ Radio 1, and Newstalk.

She has been a frequent guest on The Right Hook with George Hook on News talk and is a well-loved co-host of the popular The Guilty Feminist podcast alongside Deborah Francis-White.

Her comedic talents were also featured in the 2019 comedy film Extra Ordinary. In 2020, she partnered with fellow comedian Fern Brady to launch Wheel of Misfortune podcast as part of BBC programming; Brady left the show in early 2021 and Spittle hosted episodes with various guests until Kerry Katona became her permanent co-host in November 2022.

Despite seeming pleasant on the outside, she loves confrontation and is the host of BBC Sounds Wheel of Misfortune, The Guilty Feminist podcast and is a writer for Have I Got News For You.

Jamie D'Souza stand-up comedian Southampton

Jamie has reached the finals of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? and The Musical Comedy Awards, as well as being shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award. Jamie was also the runner up at Hastings Fringe New Comedian Of The Year.

Jamie’s stand up has been described as a mix of short stories and one liners, delivered with an instant likability and an understated confidence. Covering a range of topics including veganism, his mixed race heritage and coming to terms with entering adulthood.

Coming from a musical background, he is adept at both straight stand up and musical comedy.

Jamie has appeared on the BBC Asian Network ‘Stand Up Show’ which TX'd live on radio and featured on the iPlayer and ‘Comedy Central at the Edinburgh Fringe’. He currently performs at many clubs all across the UK, including The Comedy Store and Up The Creek.
