A Night of Stand-Up Comedy in Support of PAPYRUS - Tuesday 15th September
Join us for a brilliant night of live stand-up comedy, bringing together a fantastic line-up of comedians for a very special cause.
All profits from the night will go to PAPYRUS, the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. So not only will you be getting a proper night of live comedy, you’ll also be helping support vital work that can genuinely save lives.
Expect sharp jokes, big laughs, brilliant stories and a line-up packed with rising comedy talent. Whether you’re a regular comedy fan or just fancy a night out for a good cause, come along, bring your friends, have a laugh, and help raise money for an incredibly important charity.
The Line-up
Lee Smith
Lee is an anxious mess with a knack for overthinking absolutely everything. He has managed to reach his forties without ever learning how to successfully navigate life as a fully functional human. Join him as he brings you along for the ride with a unique world view and hilarious stories that will make you cringe and laugh in equal measure.
Tim Sque
"Tim Sque is a deadpan comedian who delivers elaborately fashioned one-liners with the smooth charm of a cancelled magician"
Zak Lacey
Zak was crowned Hampshire Comedian of the Year 2025, and it’s crystal clear that this is only the beginning. With razor-sharp wit, magnetic stage presence, and a knack for leaving audiences roaring, he’s rapidly becoming one of the most exciting rising stars in UK comedy.
Having already provided tour support for Paul McCaffrey and Elliot Steel, Zak is blazing his way onto the national circuit with unstoppable momentum. He isn’t just one to watch; he’s one you’ll be bragging about seeing early on in his comedy career.
James Harris — MC
James Harris is a high-energy MC and comedian who thrives on chaos, crowd work, and finding out exactly what makes an audience tick.
Armed with the patience of a primary school teacher and the attention span of someone very clearly fuelled by ADHD, James turns everyday disasters into sharp, sarcastic storytelling.
Whether he’s diving into the crowd, roasting audience members with alarming accuracy, or reliving the madness of life in the classroom, James keeps the room buzzing from start to finish. Expect fast-paced comedy, brilliantly awkward observations, and the kind of energy usually reserved for Year 5 on wet playtime.“A sharp high energy set that perfectly complemented the room’s vibe” The Sussex Express
“Funny, imaginative and creative” Aiden McQueen
“Funny, warm and gets the audience in the perfect place.” Matt Richardson
