Prepare to be entertained as The Attic presents the "Hampshire Comedian of the Year" competition sponsored by Double G comedy, featuring the most talented up and coming comedians in and around Hampshire.
Presented by your comedy MC Geordie Geoff.
March Heats, Hampshire Comedian of the Year 2025
Contestants will vie for a spot in the Semi Finals and Grand Final, with their fate determined by both the audience and judges. The top scorers chosen by the judges, along with the acts receiving the highest audience votes, will progress to the next rounds. Once all the acts have performed, audience members will vote for their two favourite acts on their ticket. The results, unveiling the performers who will advance, will be announced on the day of the event.

Additional categories with a trophy up for grabs for young performer (30 and under), Female Comedian and Rookie of the year (those who have only started gigging in the last 18 months). Please notify us if you fall into either of these categories. These categories will be Judged, from those making the Grand Final.
Entry Requirements:
The competition is open to any non-professional act who's been performing for 5 years or less and entries from character acts, musical acts and sketch groups are welcome. The only restriction is that all contestants must live in or around Hampshire up to a distance of 20 miles maximum.

Advance tickets are £10. Availability allowing, £12 at the door.
Saturday 1st March 2pm doors. The show starts at 2:30pm.
Tuesday 25th March 7pm doors. The show starts at 7:30pm.
Please note shows have adult themes and content so no under 14's and under 18's need to be accompanied by an adult.
